Polyglots badges survey

Polyglots badges are awarded to contributors to the Polyglots team who help translate and validate a WordPress locale.

There will be two types of Polyglots badges - a badge for Translation Contributors and a badge for Translation Editors.

Translation Editor is everyone who has earned access to approve translation suggestions. Translation Contributor is everyone who has ever suggested a string to a locale and had that string approved by a Translation Editor.
